SAP DemoJam 2015 - SPECTR

Jan Penninkhof and I made it to the final 6 teams of SAP's InnoJam. And that got us on stage at DemoJam. It was, as Jan would say, "Awesome". No really, to present at SAP TechEd DemoJam is still a boy's dream.

SPECTR

With 'SPECTR' we created an energy label to measure energy consumption during production. Together with the already existing energy label for usage you can make a better informed, green, decision. In order to support consumers we created an app for all that:

• Find products
• Show energy consumption details
• Compare products on energy consumption
• A profile page to show how green you are and share that on social media
• An about page on our SPECTR company

And that made us do a role play. Jan as Jan Blofeld and I as James. All characters appearing are fictitious. Any resemblance to movies or real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

Final word

Being on stage was, as said, totally awesome. Jan and I enjoyed every minute. Congratulations to the winners, a team of students from Liechtenstein.
